2021 FAIR Mediators and Structured Settlements Roundtable

​FAIR hosted its second mediators and structured settlements roundtable on October 27, 2021, moderated by FAIR Vice-President, Bernard Alexander and FAIR Board Member, Toni Jaramilla. Mediators Warren Jackson, Scott Markus, Christine Masters and Steven G. Pearl discuss new ways to present your case in order to maximize settlement value. Stephen B. Halterbeck from D.A. Davidson & Co. and Bejan Shirvani from MetLife discuss when and why attorneys should consider structured settlements for their cases.  Each of these mediators and structured settlement providers demonstrated their commitment to diversity by donating to FAIR.  FAIR thanks them again for their generous donations!
